Answered our call, made arrangements with my husband after he stated what issues we were having which was with septic tank. They were prompt on their ETA, once they assessed the problem and explained to us what was going on and needed to done, they got right to work on it and we received a "Pandemic Discount" which helped us out considering my husband had knee surgery and was just released to return to work. This company is amazing! Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they were very reasonably priced. My septic system started gurgling and I knew we were going to have an issue soon. It was Saturday at 7 am and I called Clearwater since they were one of the few companies open on the weekends. They came out that day and were awesome!!! They didn't charge extra being a Saturday. I will use them all the time for all my septic and plumbing issues!!

Septic backing up and company coming in 6 hours. Clear Water saved the day! Arrived at time scheduled, pumped tank and gone in less than an hour.

This company was AMAZING. I had septic issues and had no restrooms or even water - Reginald and Mark came out on Thanksgiving Day and spent several hours fixing my plumbing problems. They were professional as well as understanding of my predicament. Being Thanksgiving - the dumping station was on holiday hours so they were running behind - for no fault of their own. They kept me informed of their timeframe and assured me they would be there as soon as they possibly could.

Their customer service - was above and beyond and will highly recommend them.

My septic system was installed and then later landscaped with rocks above it. Clear water Septic and Pumping was able locate the septic tank, remove the rocks, dig through feet of dirt, and successfully pump out the contents. To avoid having to go through this again they installed risers above the septic tank that clearly identify the clean out ports of the septic system. They worked hard and cleaned up the site after all their work. Recommend them to others with challenging septic tank needs.

These guys are fantastic! I was having a problem with my toilets not flushing and called them. They were at my house within 90 minutes and quickly assessed my system and offered a recommendation to remedy the problem. They were prompt, professional, courteous and did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again!

I was in a tight spot about to close on the sell of my house when this issue came up on the inspection. The company that inspected my septic system wanted more than double what Clearwater charged me to fix my problem. They were incredibly flexible and understanding and got it done a lot quicker than I expected. Now I m clear to close on the house and they did a great job!

First, they responded for my request for a quote within 5 minutes. They came to do the work the very next day. Mark and his crew were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent and thorough job. They did not rush things and explained everything they were doing. Mark made sure I knew the best way to take care of my system and didn t try to oversell the work that needed to be done. I will be using Clearwater for all of my future needs on my septic system.

Clearwater and staff were very professional, and friendly, they told me exactly what needed to be done and why and showed what needed to be replaced and followed up on both days they were here. I first had another service company from Charlotte that I contacted. We can be there at 4 today. Great. No show others issues. Tuesday 2-4 great shows at 3:30. All I needed was pump station pumped out and replace effulent pump no digging needed. Pumped one side said would have to dig up other side , bring in equipment , septic line may need camera etc etc could be up to $5000 could be here at 9 the next day. Get call that night that I need to pay at least half of money before they could proceed. Told them not our deal, their guy wasn't sure. Never showed by 10;30, called them and told them to forget it. Another local company argued with me as to what I had, lived her 20 years, told him I would send pictures, never responded. Got on home advisers and had 3 contacts. first called right away. Told the issues, they would need to come look but that would be $150 cost but if they got the job would knock it off the price. Told them I would send pictures, nope need to pay first then come LOOK. NOPE. Then Mark from Clearwater Septic and Pumping called, told him the issues, told me he would be there the next morning between 11-12. He texted when he was on his way. arrived , pouring down rain, showed him the pump tank, we discussed prices, wanted to pump out, pull old pump and make sure we got the right size, gave me their price to replace pump and away we went, all in the pouring down rain. Told him we didn't have to finish today, maybe next day would be ok, no back ups or any issues, could wait. He said I told you we would get it done today and we will. they pumped both sides, pulled pump, went and got the new pump. installed the new pump, all in the pouring rain, never complained, knew what needed to be done and he did it. very professional and NEVER spilled a drop of waste on the driveway or yard like the first company from Charlotte did that I sent away. finished at 5;30, soaked ,cleaned up everything. This company came, gave me fair prices, did what I asked to have done and didn't try to hit me for any other charges or unnecessary work. VERY HAPPY with the end result.
